How it’s made?
Cap is made from the brass sheet in the form of cylinder and later on with the help of Hydraulic Machine a Hexagonal shape [Odd-even Strips] is given. Barrell shape is re-drawn from the tubing with the help of machine used such as Swaging & Cutting Machine. Add-on process for making Hexagonal shape is followed as did for Cap [Only Shaping].
Paint Used
Berger Paint is used to spray paint the Body surface [Brass / Aluminium] The painting process is NOT automated but painted by skilled artists [it's a Manual Process] and has been sprayed with the help of a Spray Paint Gun.
